All drivers and cars “must” provide the day of the final registration the contest:
1. Must be at Least 18 Years of Age to Register.
2. Valid Driver’s License (this is includes driver(s) of your other registered vehicle(s).
3. Proper Insurance (this is includes your other registered vehicle(s).
4. Proper Registration (this is includes your other registered vehicle(s).
5. Proper License Plate (this is includes your other registered vehicle(s).
NOTE: You do not have to be a member of Monte Millennium Car Club to participate
These provisions are for legal and safety purposes. This is to ensure the safety of participants and the non-participating public “being this a public event”. These must “ALL” be presented during “ALL” registrations.
Speedway Knights, Monte Carlo Car Show will be held “Rain or Shine”! “All Registration fee(s) are Non-refundable”. All payments must be made prior to or final/day of registration/event. The absolute latest to pre-register is May 1, 2009 after that no other pre-payments or pre-registries will be accepted. Trailered cars must be unloaded and trailers parked in designated area please follow staff’s directions. Friday from 4PM-9PM details of the Road Rally will bed explained and held. Saturday 11AM Registration, Set up & spectator Judging will take place. All Car Show participants must have their vehicles on site and being registered no later than 11:30AM Saturday. Cars registered will be given a color to classify their class. Raffle drawings will be throughout the contest. Viewing of all cars to the public will be monitored by security to ensure safety of cars. This is a “Multi Class Car Contest”, meaning all years makes, models and types of Monte Carlo may enter, this includes Classics, Lowriders, Muscle, etc (sorry no Motorcycles, SUV or Trucks allowed to compete). This also means each class shall be judged and awarded.
PLEASE NOTE THE FOLLOWING:
Absolutely no misconduct of any kind or loud slanderous music will be accepted or tolerated if so deemed, contestant(s) will be disqualified, removed from contest and may be fined & prosecuted”. Any weapons found, stealing, drugs or drug usage, speeding, illegal passing, or reckless driving actions of any kind will not be tolerated at any time prior, during or after event, anyone caught performing such acts “will be” fined & prosecuted by proper authorities. Speedway Knights or Monte Millennium Generations is not responsible for any property that is lost or stolen. Public Safety is a major factor when dealing with the people & automobiles.
Please no tents or large “unsecured” signs or anything else that could blow over and fall on to another car. Winners “must” be present Sunday to receive awards – none will be mailed! If you must leave early inform the staff immediately or you will forfeit your award.
The above schedule is a tentative schedule of events. We do plan to follow this schedule as closely as possible. However, changes are sometimes necessary as the show unfolds. Any changes will be announced by the DJ at the show.
